FOOD Drive

During a time of uncertainty caused by the CoronaVirus, many families and the elderly are unable to purchase non-perishable food due to lack of work or fears over going to the store. Many students receive meals from their respective schools in Montgomery County and with the closure of schools in Maryland, it can be difficult for many families to sustain themselves.

Urban Beet has donated "Free Little Farms." These are container gardens with seeds, soil, and growing instructions. These can be requested using the link below.

Due to high demand, we unfortunately have to limit delivery to the follow zip codes: 20814, 20815, 20816, 20825, 20895, 20910.

All requests are anonymous. Those who request food will be identified via phone number.

Food will be dropped off without contact by a volunteer to abide by CoronaVirus prevention measures.

The food drive is open to anyone in need or for those who may have a difficult time going to the store.
